These past two (almost three) years have been incredibly hard times that I never thought I would face or survive from.

We are so much stronger than we think.

In life, suffering is inevitable. When it will hit us, we never know. It can be a dark and lonely place to be. While walking through the wilderness, we long for the sun to come out and shine its warmth on our faces.

This beautiful rendition of “Hard Times Come Again No More,” (written by Stephen Foster in 1854) sung by Lennon and Maisy Stella does just that, begs for the darkness to pass and for the light to come.

Incredibly grateful to finally be recovering from chronic pain and about to start a whole new chapter in my life. Check back Thursday for some thrilling news, the light at the end of my tunnel.
