This January, President Obama put together a presidential task force on the topic. The wild card in all this is the internet. For example, there is a website made by students at Dartmouth University that is an online discussion board. However, it’s quickly turned into a resource for the wrong people. Students are now posting step-by-step instructions for how to assault a first year student. Additionally, several students have begun targeting specific female students, by posting their picture, dorm room location and class schedule. Now this is downright evil. What’s worse?
